Volunteers needed at RavenFest!

RavenFest is right around the corner, and we need your help to make it an amazing afternoon for our Rice Ravens!

From running games and activities to helping with food and setup, there are lots of ways to get involved.

Your time and support make a huge difference - we couldn’t do it without our volunteers. Thank you for helping us create an unforgettable evening for our students!

JOIN THE RICE MS PTA FOR 2025-2026!

Support Rice Middle School students and teachers by showing that you value your child’s education by joining the PTA. Your membership helps pay for student programs, parent education programs, teacher resources, student socials, and so much more! While we encourage you to be involved however your time and talents allow, joining PTA does not obligate you to volunteer. It’s simply the easiest and most affordable way to be involved in your child’s education. As a benefit to members only, you will have access to an online directory as well as PTA member discounts.

This year we are striving to have one member of the PTA for every student of the school. By joining, you are helping us give every child a voice on issues directly affecting their school experience. Please help us reach our goal!

Single Membership is ONLY $20.50 for the ENTIRE 2025-2026 school year, and additional adults in same household only $8.50. Student's can also be members for only $8.50.

PISD ANNUAL REGISTRATION and VOLUNTEER BACKGROUND CHECK

Every year, students need to register for the current Academic Year (2025-2026). Parents may do so on the SKYWARD platform.

Parent Volunteers must also re-apply for their Volunteer Application every year in order to be able to volunteer on any PISD campus.

Their Voly system is now open for volunteer applications: Volunteer Application. (Please remember to select which campuses you will be frequenting so that their system has your name)

members do every day. Enroll at kroger.com/account/community rewards. Search for Rice Middle School PTA, or use our organization number: XV558. Then use your Kroger Plus card every time you shop to support PTA!

Box Tops for Education now offers an easier way to raise money for Rice MS PTA! Simply download the Box Tops for Education app and use it to scan your receipt each time you shop. No scissors necessary and credits are given to Rice MS PTA immediately.
